Online Bookings

Our New Online Booking System Is Here! 🐶

We’ve got some exciting news!

You can now book your dog’s grooming appointment online with Dog & Groom. 🎉

We know how busy things can be, so we wanted to make booking your dog’s next groom as quick and easy as possible.

No need to wait for a reply to a message or try to catch us on the phone — you can now hop online and request your appointment whenever it suits you.

How does it work?

It’s really simple.

Just head over to our Grooming page, read our guidelines for booking your next appointment. Click to open onine booking page for store required.

If you’re a new customer, you’ll just need to create a profile for you and your dog.

If you’re already a Dog & Groom customer, please use the same details we have for you and your dog so we can keep all their information together.

A little reminder…

When you book online, you’re requesting an appointment rather than instantly confirming one.

Once we’ve received your booking, you’ll get a confirmation from our booking system, LUPA, when your appointment is confirmed.

So please keep an eye on your emails after booking!

Not sure what to book?

Don’t worry!

If you’re unsure which service is right for your dog, or your dog has a particular coat, grooming requirement or something we should know about, just get in touch with us.

We’re always happy to help.

We’re still the same Dog & Groom ❤️

We’re so excited to launch our new booking system! 🎉

While booking your dog’s appointment is now a little easier, the way we look after your dogs hasn’t changed.

We’re still all about calm, one-to-one grooming and making sure every dog feels as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

As with any new system, please bear with us while we get everything up and running and iron out any little bugs along the way. Your patience and understanding is really appreciated!

We’re so excited for this next step and can’t wait to see you and your four-legged friends soon! 🐶✨
